ABAV Expo - HR Professionals to participate in Abracorp Corporate Island

The Abracorp Corporate Island, result of a three-year alliance between ABAV Nacional and the Brazilian Association of Business Travel Agencies (Abracorp), will be once again a space for trading at the 42nd ABAV International Tourism Expo. In this year’s edition, the number of hosted buyers is expected to the expanded thanks to a partnership with the Brazilian Human Resources Association (ABRH), which has 13,500 members.

“This action aims to bring supply and demand closer by inviting representatives of the Human Resources sector, strengthening the bonds between corporate travel agents and these potential new clients with purchasing decision power within companies from all industries in the country,” said Edmar Bull, chairman of Abracorp’s Board.

Officially sponsored by airline GOL, the purpose of the Abracorp Corporate Island is to meet the increasing demand of the business travel, events and incentives industries, favoring the exchange of experience with travel managers from companies in different industries. The space dedicated to MICE businesses (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) is twice larger this year supported by GOL, which will name the pavilion’s street where the Corporate Island is located.
