Antonio João Monteiro de Azevedo

Business manager with extensive professional and corporate experience in the public and private segments, actively participating in class and professional entities. Among such entities, he served as the Vice-President of Associação Comercial do Paraná [Business Association of Paraná] and of the Regional Administration Board of the state of Paraná, in addition to serving as President of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce of Paraná.

An entrepreneur in the tourism industry, he is the Officer/Partner of Eventtour / Paraná Travel since 1987.

He was the Tourism Secretary for the Municipal Government of Curitiba.

He is a member of the National Tourism Board and a Board Member at ANAC [Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency].

He has been actively participating in ABAV since 1989, having occupied many different positions, including President of ABAV-Paraná, Director of ABAV´s Institute of Qualification and Certification – ICCABAV, and Vice-President of ABAV Nacional. He is currently the President of ABAV Nacional
